Hi everyone, today I want to share with you my story about how my life was transformed by mentoring.
I came to believe in Jesus in the year 2000 when I was a freshman in Chiang Mai University. I stayed in Chiang Mai for 10 years. My life was built and transformed by many people that God sent into my life.
The one who is very important in my life is Dr Gym. She taught me and mentored me and let me know who God called me to be. After 10 years in Chiang Mai, God called me to go out from Chiang Mai to Phrae with my wife. In Phrae, my wife and I know that God wants us to start our church here. So, we started to evangelize and pray to God to send someone to our church.
After 4 months in Phrae, God sent the first member to our church. His name is Eddie and he is a businessman. I mentored Eddie and God changed his life. One thing that I see God do in his life, that God built him in his business so that he can offer to buy the land and build our church building in Phrae.
After Eddie, God sent the second member to our church. His name is Teacher Thun. I encouraged Eddie to mentor Teacher Thun. When we cooperate with God to mentor people, we will see God do great things in their lives.
After 5 years, God changed Eddie and Teacher Thun’s life very much. Today, Eddie is now a pastor in Phrae church and Teacher Thun is a pastor in Naan church.
I want to encourage you to be faithful to mentor people God sent to you. If you are faithful, in the end, you’ll see God do something in your lives.
