Course Description
Everyone has a God-given potential. Helping people to discover that and to develop them to their fullest potential should be at the heartbeat of every leader and pastor. When people’s potential is not empowered to grow, talents are wasted. In this course, you will learn to identify, to equip and to develop the potential in people and mobilize them in the areas of their potential.
Course Outcomes
1) Explain the importance of raising potential leaders.
2) Discover a process of observing potential in people.
3) Nurture, equip and develop people in their potentials.
4) Mobilize the people in the areas of their potential.
Pre-Requisite
Completed discipleship training (up to LGL) conducted by local churches of Hope International Ministries.
Ps Simon Eng
Pastor Simon Eng is a Civil Engineer by training. He has been ministering for over 30 years. His experiences include pioneering Hope Kuching, mentoring leaders and pastors, and ministering in cross-cultural Regional Conferences. Pastor Simon is married to Pastor Lai Eng and they have 3 wonderful children, who are active in their faith as well. Pastor Simon is currently serving as the Senior Pastor of Hope Kuala Lumpur and an Elder in Hope International Ministries. He loves to build God’s people and travels extensively to minister and care for God’s churches.
Dr Nurot Panich
Dr. Nurot Panich received his Ph.D. from NTU Singapore. He is the Managing Director of Smiths Detection for the Indochina region. Dr. Nurot is also the Pastor of the Acts of Christ Church (Asoke) and has a Master of Christian Studies from Bangkok Bible Seminary. He sits on the Board of Directors at Thailand Bible Society (TBS) and NEXT Ministry.
